The story of HiLITE goes way back to 1996, when founder Mr. P. Sulaiman established HiLITE Constructions in Northern Kerala.

Mr. Sulaiman introduces ready-mix concrete for the first time in Kerala, through HiLITE Readymix.

HiLITE Parkview is handed over.

HiLITE Cliffdale and HiLITE Manor are introduced, and the construction entity HiLITE Projects & Construction is formed.

HiLITE introduces the first mall in Kerala — Focus Mall at Calicut. HiLITE Harmony launches and the group enters education with Ideal Public School.

HiLITE introduces HiLITE Royal Crest.

HiLITE Eminence comes into being.

HiLITE Metromax, with 272 apartments across 22 floors in 4 towers, is handed over.

HiLITE Projects & Constructions is spun off into HiLITE Projects and HiLITE Constructions.

Work begins on HiLITE Business Park, The White School and the HiLITE City development.

HiLITE Interiors, the interior design branch of HiLITE, begins operation.

HiLITE Mall opens in Calicut, HiLITE Residency (400 apartments) is introduced, and Hug A Mug Cafe is launched.

IB (International Baccalaureate) is introduced for the first time in Kerala, at The White School.

HiLITE hands over its luxury villa project, HiLITE Springdale — a gated community with 110 villas.

HiLITE Platino commercial space and HiLITE City residential projects are launched.

The school is rebranded and Phase 2 of HiLITE Mall opens.

Multiple new entities are formed; F&B brands Frostone, Pinchang and Khobcibo are added, and The Workbook coworking space is inaugurated.

Holdings and specialized service companies are established, with new restaurants and The Workbook coworking launched.

HiLITE Mannarkkad, Boulevard and Athena projects are completed.

Palaxi Cinemas is inaugurated, HiLITE Mall Thrissur has its soft launch, and Elanine Women's Hospital is introduced.
